Dentures offer many benefits. Not only do they give you back a healthy smile, but they also help you eat and speak normally. They also provide support for your facial tissue to give you a healthier, more youthful appearance. There are several types of dentures that our dentist can recommend, depending on your individual needs: full (conventional) dentures, partial dentures, implant-retained dentures, and All-On-4 dentures.

Full (Conventional) Dentures

Full, or conventional, dentures are what most people think of when they think about dentures. Full dentures replace all of the teeth in a dental arch. They are typically recommended when you have either lost all your teeth, or all your teeth have been extracted for various reasons.

Partial Dentures

Partial dentures are usually recommended when you have lost multiple teeth, but your remaining teeth are still healthy. Partial dentures fit around the remaining teeth to give you a result that looks natural and helps you to chew and speak normally, and retain the natural teeth that you have left.

Implant-Retained Dentures

Implant-retained dentures are a type of full denture. They are anchored to dental implants. By anchoring your denture to implants, you can enjoy the benefits of a highly stable restoration without the cost of replacing each individual tooth in your dental arch with an implant. You will also have as the cost-effective benefits of dentures. Implant-retained dentures are typically anchored to 4, 6, or 8 implants, depending on your individual needs.

All-on-4® Dentures

All-on-4 dentures are a specialized type of implant-retained denture. All-on-4 dentures are anchored to four strategically placed implants to provide you with a minimally invasive and highly effective treatment.
